The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) has released the 2020 summary table for injury rates by NAICS code.
In the attached XLSX file, you can look up the average TCIR rate (Column C) and DART rate (Column D) for your industry.
Private industry employers reported 2.7 million nonfatal workplace injuries and illnesses in 2020, down from 2.8 million in 2019, a decrease of 5.7 percent.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is the standard used by federal statistical agencies in classifying business establishments for the purpose of collecting, analyzing, and publishing statistical data related to the U.S. business economy.
