Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health (ACCSH) - Meeting on March 31 and April 1

"We want to make you aware that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health (ACCSH) will hold a virtual meeting on March 31 and April 1, 2026. For more information, including meeting times and tentative agenda items, see the Federal Register Notice.

Individuals may submit comments, identified by Docket No. OSHA–2025–0001 and electronically at http://www.regulations.gov, which is the Federal e-Rulemaking Portal by March 20, 2026. 

The ACCSH meeting will be virtual only, so both Committee members and the public will attend virtually. OSHA is not requiring registration to attend this meeting. Meeting information will be posted in the docket (Docket No. OSHA-2025-0001) and on the ACCSH website prior to the meeting.
