CDC: ALG Health Respirator User Notice

Check your site’s PPE inventory for ALG Health’s PT-N95F-01S respirators within the specified lot numbers. These respirators do not conform to the NIOSH approval issued and should not be utilized in occupational settings where NIOSH approved respirators are required.

"On July 15, 2021, ALG Health issued a notification concerning PT-N95F-01S respirators, under NIOSH approval number TC-84A-9288. Respirators produced within certain lots used materials and processes that do not conform to the NIOSH approval issued.
