Employee Spotlight - Meet one of the amazing people behind our success!

Jay has been with Access since July 2025, and their favorite part of the job is blood draws. Just kidding, their actual favorite part of the job is getting to know the communities of upstate NY through the local volunteer firefighters - blood draws are just a (really) close second.

When they’re not at work, you can find Jay spending time with friends, hiking or making very specific vibe-based Spotify playlists.
