A Freeze Warning is issued when temperatures are forecasted to go below 32 degrees for a long period of time. This temperature can kill some types of commercial crops and residential plants. Temperatures below 28 degrees for a long period of time can kill most commercial crops and residential plants.
Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 degrees from Thursday evening through Friday morning.
