LPN Position Available at our Utica Office!

Hours vary based upon office needs, with shifts mostly in the evenings (Mon-Thu between the hours of 4:30pm and 10:00pm). Some daytime office hours also available. Depending on your availability and our work schedule, hours may range from 0 to 20 hours/week. Work involves travel to off-site locations within a 2-3 hour radius from Utica office (depending upon your location).

Duties: Primarily performing physical assessments for firefighters, vital signs, audio and vision testing, administering immunizations, blood draws, EKGs, fit testing, and additional duties when needed. Note: This is not a hospital setting, but occupational health.

COVID-19 Vaccination is required for hire.

Mandatory provided training: Safety Training and orientation upon hire. Audiograms, vision testing, bloodborne pathogens, breath alcohol and drug collection, EKG and transmittals, fit testing qualitative and quantitative, PFTs, venipuncture/blood draw, vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, height and weight), calibration of all equipment utilized, urine dip and vaccinations.

Hourly rate starts at $18, based on experience. As this is per diem, there are no benefits available. This position has potential to become full-time.
