Move Your Way - Albany County’s Family Field Day

"The Albany County Department of Health is excited to invite Albany County residents to Move Your Way ® Albany County's Family Field Day at the former College of Saint Rose campus on September 13th from 11 am to 3 pm.

This free event features fitness classes (see the schedule below), family-friendly activities, and resources for incorporating movement into your daily life.

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm - Kids Boxing 

12:45 pm – 1:15 pm - Pilates 

1:00 pm- 1:30 pm - Adult Boxing 

1:30 pm – 2:00 pm - Yoga"
