New OSHA Hazard Alert: Flash Freezing Processes

OSHA has published a new Hazard Alert: Hazards Associated with the Release of Liquid Nitrogen and Carbon Dioxide During Flash Freezing Processes.

This new hazard alert was prepared in response to lessons learned from a tragic multi-fatality incident.
