"A new OSHA Injury Tracking Application webpage is now posted at: https://www.osha.gov/injuryreporting/ 

 

This OSHA webpage provides requirements and guidance about electronically submitting your establishments’ injury and illness data.  Covered establishments must electronically submit their 2023 OSHA injury and illness data by March 2, 2024.  Visit the ITA Coverage Application ( https://www.osha.gov/itareportapp ) to determine whether your site is required to submit this data."
