New OSHA Videos: Whistleblower Rights

As a follow-up to Labor Rights Week earlier this year: OSHA has released two new videos that explain the basics of worker Whistleblower protections (Section 11C of the Occupational Safety and Health Act). One video is in English and one video is in Spanish. These videos are less than two-minutes long and can help quickly communicate worker protections during new employee orientation or annual refresher training. Links for each video are provided below.
