OSHA/DOL Accident and Injury Recordkeeping and Summary Posting Feb 1 - April 30
"A quick reminder to all to close out your OSHA 300 or New York State Dept. of Labor SH900 accident and injury log for the year. Please be sure to complete accident and illness report for each accident or illness on your log and prepare your annual summary. The annual summary should be signed by the company’s top executive or highest ranking person at the facility and posted in a conspicuous area from February 1st through April 30th. We have attached links to the forms, in case anyone needs them."
