OSHA Labor Rights Week Webinars - August 21st and 22nd

OSHA’s Four Seasons of Safety webinar series will continue on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 and Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 12:00 PM EST with Labor Rights Week Kick-Off webinars.

This event is a preamble to August 26-30, 2024, Labor Rights Week, a nationwide event during the week that precedes Labor Day. The annual weeklong event recognizes the importance of ensuring labor rights, promoting safe and healthful workplaces, and full payment of wages protected under federal law. In preparation to the Labor Rights Week, the OSHA New York Region will celebrate two virtual one-hour kick-off sessions: one in Spanish on Wednesday, August 21, and another in English on Thursday, August 22. Both sessions will run from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. During both webinars, multiple speakers will share information and resources from various Department of Labor agencies, as well as from workers’ rights advocates and related organizations.
