Per Diem Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Position Available at our Latham Office!

Access Compliance, a woman-owned, veteran-owned, Occupational Medical Surveillance Company has a position available for a per diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. We are looking to hire someone local, with an outgoing personality and flexible schedule. Hours vary based upon office needs, with shifts mostly in the evenings (Mon-Thu between the hours of 3:30pm and 10:00pm), and some Saturdays (from morning to early afternoon). Some daytime office hours also available. Depending on your availability and our work schedule, hours may range from 0 to 20 hours/week. Work involves travel to off-site locations within a 2–3-hour radius from Latham office (depending upon your location).

Duties: Primarily performing physical assessments for firefighters, pre-employment physicals, administering immunizations, and blood draws when needed. We require FMCSA certification for DOT physicals. Training and travel time to/from each client location is compensated. Travel expenses (mileage/tolls) are also reimbursed at the current federal rate if using your own vehicle.

Hourly wage ranges between $50 to $60 an hour, based on experience. Note: This is not a hospital setting, but occupational health. We are a team of healthcare professionals, (Doctors, PAs, nurses, technicians) who work in our Latham office during the day, and travel to client locations to perform on-site physicals and other occupational medical services in the evenings.
