"OSHA’s Proposed Rule to Protect Indoor and Outdoor Workers from Extreme Heat is posted for public inspection and is expected to be officially published in the Federal Register on Friday, August 30, 2024. The public is encouraged to submit written comments on the rule once it is published. OSHA also anticipates a public hearing after the close of the written comment period.
