"Did You Know? - Confined spaces can be found in many occupations and present hazards that are often complex or invisible, such as low oxygen conditions. These spaces should be designated as permit-required confined spaces ( https://www.osha.gov/sites/default/files/publications/confined_space_permit.pdf ), tested before anyone can enter, and continually monitored. Employees should not enter without proper training and a valid permit. Training and monitoring programs can help workers stay safe in and around confined spaces.
