"Snow is blanketing much of Upstate New York this morning. If you have excavation work in weather like this, please be mindful of these tips:

🚩 Site markings may be covered in snow. Take extra care to maintain your markings and don't dig if you can't find them.

🧊 Even if the ground is frozen, it is still illegal (and dangerous) to use mechanized equipment when digging in the tolerance zone. Use hand or vacuum excavation techniques and proceed with caution."
