Cold weather can make excavation tougher. Frozen ground, shifting soil, and snow cover all add risk to your project.


✅ Place a new Location Request if your utility marks are covered or lost by snow.


✅ Respect the Tolerance Zone even when the ground is frozen.


✅ Contact 811 before every dig. Planning helps prevent costly damage and keeps everyone safe.
